A American F-15 has apparently crashed in Libya while enforcing Resolution 1973 No Fly Zone. According to the USAF the crash occurred due to equipment failure. The crash occurred on Monday night at 2130 GMT. Both the pilots of the fighter managed to eject safely, one was recovered by a USMC Osprey and the other was rescued by Libyan rebels and is now safe in American hands.
